Shipping Policy
We deliver Haanji Behenji across India, with select international shipping available.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sales, festive periods, or new launches, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Timelines
• Within India: orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro and tier-1 cities generally receive orders faster than remote pin codes.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, regional disruptions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details by email and/or SMS so you can follow its progress. Account holders can also track orders by logging in.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes, as shown at checkout. For certain orders, our team may contact you to confirm before dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, our team will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may involve additional charges.
International Shipping
We accept select international orders. For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Please note that returns and exchanges are currently unavailable for international orders; damaged or incorrect items are handled on a case-by-case basis when reported within 48 hours of delivery.
