Placing an Order
Shopping with Haanji Behenji is simple. Browse our collections, select your size, add your favourites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email with your order number and order summary. Please keep this order number handy — it's the quickest way for our team to assist you with anything later.
We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Any applicable charges are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Orders are typically processed and handed to our delivery partner within 1–3 business days. During sales, festive periods, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
If we ever need to verify details before dispatch — for example, for high-value or COD orders — our team may reach out to you by email or phone.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll share the tracking details by email and/or SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If you've created an account with us, you can also view your order status by logging in.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery is usually 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro and tier-1 cities generally receive orders faster than remote pin codes.
To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched.
